2.1 Service Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 2 days of the event date. We will work with you to address your concerns and find an appropriate solution. No refunds are given by us after the event service is provided.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 60 days or more before the scheduled event, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 45 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
